Health insurance coverage constantly changes. We at IFAS want to ensure that all your insurance requirements have been met prior to your first visit and treatment. Please verify coverage and eligibility requirements with your insurance company.

As a convenience to all patients IFAS billing staff will file a courtesy claim with your insurance carrier.

Insurance and Patient Liability

Your Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. You are responsible for any charges, or portion of charges that your insurance does not pay and has identified as your financial obligation. IFAS is responsible for collecting these amounts as part of contract with your carrier.

It is our policy to collect the appropriate payment due from the patient at the time services are rendered. This may only be your co-payment, deductible, coinsurance or non-covered service.

Any copayment, deductible or outstanding balances will be collected at the time of service. Our business office will work with you to develop a payment plan to resolve larger balances to meet your financial responsibility.

We accept cash, checks,  MasterCard®, Visa®, and Discover credit cards.
